    The Topic:

How to Double Your Output, Halve the Hustle: Productivity Without Burnout

In this 60-minute interactive luncheon session, participants discover 3 proven, easy-to-implement strategies to reduce daily HR workload stress, streamline talent management, and boost overall efficiency—all aligned with SHRM’s core “People” competencies.

    You’ll learn:

    • Time-blocking techniques to cut routine HR tasks by 20% or more
    • Simple prioritization frameworks to focus on what truly moves the needle
    • Inbox zero habits for faster, calmer communication and reduced overwhelm

Led by Mark Struczewski (Mister Productivity), a Houston-based executive coach with years of hands-on experience helping leaders reclaim time and energy, this practical, no-fluff session delivers immediate takeaways you can apply the next business day—leaving you better equipped to serve your organization, your team, and yourself sustainably.

    Session Objectives:

By the end of this 60-minute session, participants will be able to:

    1. Apply time-blocking strategies to reduce routine HR administrative tasks by at least 20%, freeing up bandwidth for higher-impact strategic work (aligned with SHRM's focus on efficient workforce management and organizational effectiveness).

    2. Implement prioritization frameworks to better manage competing demands in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring critical items receive focused attention without constant firefighting (supporting SHRM's "People" competency in decision-making and resource allocation).

    3. Establish inbox zero habits and communication protocols to achieve faster response times, reduced email overload, and calmer daily workflows, leading to lower stress and higher overall team support capacity (aligned with SHRM's emphasis on well-being and effective interpersonal communication).

    Meeting Agenda:

    • 11:30-12:00 Check-in / Networking / Announcements / Lunch
    • 12:00-1:00 Speaker Presentation, followed by Q&A
