Human Resources Personnel need to understand social media law to deal with employees in hiring, posting on social media, employee privacy, social media policy, and cyber bullying. This program is to teach current legal issues in social media law so that employers are in compliance when handling employment issues.
Carol Keough is an owner and managing attorney with the Keough Law Firm, PLLC which specializes in business and employment law. She is a twenty-eight year practicing attorney with offices in the Houston Clear Lake area primarily working as a consultant and legal representative to her business and corporate clients on matters related to Labor and Employment Law, Employment and Business contracts, and Commercial and Employment Litigation.
