EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

2024 Monthly Meeting Sponsorships 

Are you interested in sponsoring one of our monthly chapter events? We are always looking for great sponsors to partner with us! 

TXBA SHRM typically holds chapter meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm in the Clear Lake area. Each monthly chapter meeting typically averages 35-55 attendees. Lunch is provided as part of the registration fee.

Monthly Meeting Sponsorship Levels:

$1,000 – Super Star Sponsor 

This level of sponsorship includes...

• Personal introduction by the Chapter President or designee and 5-7 minutes to address the audience to promote your company, products and services.
• A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
• Distribution of marketing information or gift provided by sponsor placed at each attendee's chair.
• Logo recognition posted on the TXBA SHRM website for the month of Sponsorship.
• One advertising/marketing e-blast sent to all registered TXBA SHRM members (130+) during the month of Sponsorship.
• Reserved table seating for two (2) company representatives, including 2 luncheon tickets.

Please Note: Texas Bay Area SHRM generally allows ONE meeting sponsor per month at the $1,000 Super Star Sponsor level; however, the Board of Directors reserves the right to permit more than one monthly meeting sponsor due to unusual circumstances or business needs. 

$500 – Star Sponsorship

This level of sponsorship includes:

• Personal recognition by the Chapter President or designee.
• A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
• Distribution of marketing information or gift provided by sponsor placed at each attendee's chair.
• Logo recognition posted on the TXBA SHRM website for the month of Sponsorship.
• Reserved table seating for one (1) company representatives, includes 1 luncheon ticket.
• Up to 2 allowed per month at this level, with permission of TXBA SHRM Board of Directors.

2025 Conference Sponsorship Information:  

GOLD SPONSOR
(ONE sponsor at this level)

$3,000.00 - This level Includes 6 ft. exhibit table in prime location in meeting room, exclusive lunchtime speaker presentation opportunity (time subject to change based on Chapter President’s agenda/goals), distribution of marketing information in each attendee’s chair, networking with attendees at breakfast, lunch and breaks, website listing, listing on meeting correspondence, name/logo shown prominently on printed materials, and 6 registrations to the conference. Elite placement of booth. DOOR PRIZE REQUIRED AT $50.00 MIN VALUE.

TABLE SPONSOR
(Space is limited until sold out)

$1,600.00 – TABLE OF 8 ATTENDEES. This level includes a reserved table with seating for eight attendees. President’s introduction, distribution of marketing information in each attendee’s chair, networking with attendees at breakfast, lunch and breaks, website listing, listing on meeting correspondence, name/logo on printed materials. For registration purposes, table sponsors must provide a full list of attendee names two weeks prior to the conference.

SILVER SPONSOR:  
(Up to THREE sponsors at this level)

$1,000.00 - This level includes a 6 ft. exhibit table in the meeting room, exclusive president’s introduction, distribution of marketing information in each attendee’s chair, networking with attendees at breakfast, lunch and breaks, website listing, listing on meeting correspondence, name/logo on printed materials, and THREE registrations to the conference. DOOR PRIZE REQUIRED AT $50.00 MIN VALUE.

BRONZE TIER 1 SPONSOR: 
(Up to SIX sponsors at this level) 

$600.00 - This level includes a 6 ft. exhibit table in the meeting room, networking with attendees at breakfast, lunch and breaks, website listing, listing on meeting correspondence, name/logo on printed materials. THE BRONZE SPONSORSHIP ALLOWS TWO ATTENDEES AT THE SPONSOR TABLE WITH LUNCH PROVIDED. DOOR PRIZE REQUIRED AT $50.00 MIN VALUE.

BRONZE TIER 2 SPONSOR: 
(Up to FOUR sponsors at this level) 

$400.00 - This level includes a 6 ft. exhibit table in the meeting room, networking with attendees at breakfast, lunch and breaks, website listing, listing on meeting correspondence, name/logo on printed materials. THE BRONZE TIER LEVEL 2 ALLOWS ONE ATTENDEE AT THE SPONSOR TABLE WITH LUNCH PROVIDED. DOOR PRIZE REQUIRED AT $50.00 MIN VALUE.
