Solushiens partners and advisors, Charles is responsible for leading the organization to help provide calm and clarity, as they relate to planning and plan execution, to the clients the firm supports.

Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory and directorship, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other activities. He is sought after by corporations, non-profits, and volunteer organizations to speak on topics related to wide range of topic gear towards helping professionals and companies reach their full potential.

Charles Pulliam is a leading strategic thinker and planner whose development of "Pivot Planning" frameworks is changing the way progressive companies plan and execute. He has helped numerous companies make rapid incremental up to wholesale strategic and directional changes. He has developed several distinct frameworks and leverages unique methodologies to help companies make decisions, solve problems, and to execute desired plans.

Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University and his MBA from Dallas Baptist University. In addition, he has industry experiences that include: military, software development, healthcare and health information systems (HIS), legal information systems (LIS), warehouse and distribution, retail, professional services, oil & gas

(LNG), not-for-profit, and public, charter, and private education. He is a certified personnel consultant, and a certified Texas educator.
