About the Speaker:

Natalie currently serves as the HR Compliance and Immigration Manager for SICK Sensor Intelligence. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Additionally, she has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) HR certifications.

Prior to joining SICK, Natalie spent more than 15 years in the oil and gas industry working for Total Energies (also known as Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA Inc.), El Paso Energy, and Shell in a variety of HR roles such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner Advisor and Corporate Recruiter. Natalie brings in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing all aspects of HR functions.
