As we head into 2023, employers are continuing to deal with the fallout from the pandemic and the resulting labor shortage. This presentation will cover the most important issues facing HR Professionals in 2023, including:

· Legal and practical issues surrounding remote work policies

· Increase in employee activism, whistleblowing, and union organizing

· Reasonable accommodation of disabilities, including Long Covid and psychological conditions

· Pay equity and gender discrimination

About the Speaker:

David is a Member at Cozen O’Connor and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the state of Texas. David is the Chair of his firm’s Coronavirus Taskforce.
