The Topic:

Navigating the stormy, chaotic environment caused by social distancing and a constricting economy is stretching all of our leadership skills. Today more than ever effective leadership of high-performance teams requires the ability to resolve conflict when a difference of opinions or perspectives surface and impairs productivity. Leaders create impact by identifying triggers that escalate situations and develop effective strategies for defusing emotionally charged situations. You will gain an understanding of sometimes destructive behaviors that arise during conflict, and learn a roadmap to help ease tension, tear down silos, and redirect focus to company or customer objectives…maybe even at home.

Takeaways:

  • Understand where Conflict destroys Culture
  • Become aware of how auto responses lead to disruptive communication
  • Learn a 3-step process to guide conflict resolution
