Transactional Analysis, a human behavior theory developed by Dr. Eric Berne, can be used to address a person’s interactions and communication.  Awareness of the different Ego states and recognizing them when in dialogue, can neutralize conflict and confrontation and lead to more productive, less emotional conversations.  In this session attendees will learn about the three Ego States, how to recognize them in themselves and others, and how to use this information to create more productive communication in the workplace and beyond.
