This meeting will provide further information about talent development services and training Workforce Solutions offers through needs assessments and virtual and in-person platforms with:

• customized training solutions based on a flexible building block learning paths
• direct interaction with the job seekers and employees to ensure skill progression
• echelon and level-focused training that also addresses management and supervisor

The Gulf Coast Workforce Board and its operating affiliate Workforce Solutions, are the public workforce system in the 13-county Houston-Galveston region of Texas. 

Full-Time and Part-Time career offices, and adult education providers serve many visitors each year. Over the last year, Workforce Solutions

• helped about 219,000 qualified job candidates go to work;
• helped more than 21,000 individuals improve their basic education skills; and
• Used $165 million in financial aid to provide education/training scholarships, work-based learning opportunities, work-search and work-entry support services, and assistance with early education and care expenses.

• Trained over 600 employee with enhanced essential workplace skill with over 100 different sessions

• 10 years of assisting employers and community partners, by assisting business with understanding Texas Labor Laws, helping solve various Human Resources problems, and providing awareness of Workforce Solutions Services
• Skilled in all aspects of strategic planning, staff assessment, training and recruitment, team leadership and coaching, personnel practices, labor market information, and customer service.
