The Topic:

"People Challenges or Leadership Opportunities? Let’s Talk About It… Before Someone Quits" with Angela Rasheed-Stephens

People don’t leave jobs. They leave the feeling of carrying too much for too long. They leave unclear expectations, conversations that never happen, and trust that slowly fades when people don’t feel heard, supported, or valued.

"People Challenges or Leadership Opportunities? Let’s Talk About It… Before Someone Quits" is a space for honest conversation and practical solutions. This session brings leaders, employees, and HR together to look at what’s happening beneath the surface in today’s workplace and how we can shift it with clarity, compassion, and shared accountability. No blame. No labeling. Just real tools that help people work better together.

You’ll walk away with strategies you can use immediately to strengthen communication, address issues early, and create consistency in how teams operate day to day. Because when people feel seen, respected, and supported, and when leadership follows through, people don’t just stay…they reengage, grow, and bring their best back to work.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to turn everyday workplace stress, frustration, and miscommunication into clear leadership actions that build trust, strengthen teamwork, and improve how it feels to work in the workplace.
  • Walk away with practical tools to handle tough conversations with respect, clarity, and compassion so expectations are understood, people feel valued, and issues don’t spiral.
  • Leave with a simple framework to create a culture where people stay, grow, and perform because leaders communicate consistently, follow through, and lead in a way employees can trust.

Meeting Agenda:

  • 7:30 AM - Check-in / Networking begins
  • 8:00 AM - Breakfast service / Announcements
