This presentation takes a look at the Gender Pay Gap within the workforce. It will cover what the Gender Pay Gap is and discuss the need for the employers to follow the method of "Equal Pay For Equal Work," by covering the laws surrounding this method. The presentation will also discuss the factors that may contribute to the Gender Pay Gap, those it affects, and the things to look out for to prevent the gap from occurring within the workforce.
Kevin Cartwright is a Compensation Analyst at Intelligent Compensation LLC. Mr. Cartwright has been with Intelligent Compensation LLC since 2016 and has assisted with a variety of assignments for many different clients around the country. He has provided analysis, research and assistance on numerous areas of compensation including, but not limited to market studies, wage and salary planning, executive compensation studies, total compensation analysis, customized surveys and historical financial assessments.
Mr. Cartwright serves on various committees within organizations around the community, including the Austin Human Resources Management Association (AHRMA) as a member of the Emerging Professionals committee. He is also involved within the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Austin as a member of the Strategic Partnership committee. Kevin received his B.A. degree from Sam Houston State University.
