The Topic:
"Resilience: You Are Stronger Than You Know" with Megan Billnoske
In today's world, HR professionals are dealing with so many challenges, both at work and in our personal lives - employee relations, COVID aftermath, tough work schedules, balancing work and home life, kids at home sick, paying bills, juggling schedules, leadership stress, and many others.
The ability to bounce back is called resilience, and it's a skill that is easier said than done. In times of darkness and difficulty, there are key ways to keep moving forward, even if it's by one small step at a time. By sharing an array of personal stories and their positive life changing outcomes, this program is designed to focus on the optimism and greatness of how your bounce back will be greater than your setback.
