    About the Speaker

    Kevin Cartwright is a Compensation Consulting Manager at Intelligent Compensation LLC. Mr. Cartwright has been with Intelligent Compensation, LLC since 2016. He works on a variety of consulting assignments for clients all over the United States, as well as internationally, who are seeking to improve or update their compensation strategies and programs. These assignments include, but are not limited to: Base and Total Cash Market Studies, Developing Pay Structures, Executive and Total Compensation Studies, and Historical Compensation Analysis.

    Mr. Cartwright earned his B.A. in History from Sam Houston State University. He currently serves on the Board of Williamson County HR Management Association (WilcoHR) as Co-VP of Membership, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Austin SHRM (AHRMA) as VP of Emerging Professionals where he assisted Central Texas Universities and local businesses with improving the professional development of their students and young professionals. He has also been involved with the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) of Austin as a member of the Strategic Partnership committee.
