    Thomas Blackwell


    Over the past 15 years as an Inspirational Speaker, Best-Selling Author, and Peak Performance Coach, Thomas Blackwell has given more than 1000 talks and presentations worldwide to corporations, executives, entrepreneurs, sales teams, athletes, religious groups, and students. Thomas’s latest book, “The Liberty of our Language Revealed, We Bring About What We Talk About,” has inspired people around the world to change their language in order to change their results. As Master International Trainer for Becoming Your Best Global Leadership, Thomas partners with organizations to design and deliver programs to meet their needs through interactive webinars, keynotes, workshops, and seminars.

    Thomas is a former Division I Athlete and Coach competing in tennis and soccer. His business experience runs deep as he has owned and operated a successful seven figure insurance agency with more than 100 agents in 3 different locations. Above it all, Thomas’s greatest blessings from God are being married to his high school sweetheart, and being the father to their four precious children.


    Sherry Talton


    Workplace lawyer at Ogletree Deakins, an international labor and employment law firm. Sherry helps employers tackle advanced HR challenges, maximize compliance, and defend against legal claims. One of her key tools is training managers and HR teams on how to avoid legal landmines while getting the job done. Sherry grew up in Texas, where she started practicing law in 2001. She recently returned to Texas after a detour to Washington State for 13 years.


    Judge RJ Boatman


    RJ Boatman is a nationally recognized public safety leader, strategic advisor, and governance professional with over 40 years of distinguished service spanning law enforcement, emergency management, judicial systems, education, and corporate risk management. Renowned for his visionary leadership and unwavering integrity, Judge Boatman has served as a trusted advisor to courts, school systems, corporations, and public safety collaboratives across Texas and the United States.


    Abby Casey

    Abby Casey is a Senior HR Consultant with over 15 years of HR and Learning & Development experience across multiple industries. She is passionate about developing people and organizations to become more than they could imagine. She is an HR certified consultant and learning leader, and holds her PHR, SHRM-CP, training certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

    Ron Klinger, M.S.

    Ron Klinger is a highly skilled, energetic trainer, facilitator, and coach with more than 15 years of experience in leading, guiding, developing and supporting individual and organizational growth.

    Ron is the CEO, Chief Engagement Officer, of Motivational Transitions, where he conducts academic and career coaching for high school and college students, is a leadership trainer and coach, and provides organizational consulting where he works to, “Enhance lives through unleashing human potential”.

    As a seasoned training professional and consultant, Ron has delivered a vast array of staff training and development solutions for large and small businesses, colleges and universities, and independent school districts. Additionally, Ron has been a professional speaker at many local, regional and national conferences, and has conducted sessions on topics such as Talent Management, Team and Organizational Effectiveness, Servant Leadership, Motivation, Goal Setting, and Quality Service. He is the sole facilitator for the Management and Leadership Certificate Program in the Center for Executive Education within the School of Business at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He is also the host of The Unleashed Radio Hour, heard on Business 1110am KTEK, home of Bloomberg Business Radio in Houston.

    Based in Houston, Texas, Ron enjoys being of service to others and serves on several non-profit boards, including Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies To Work For TM. He has a passion to support the growth and development of others and brings a sincere, genuine care to all.
